DUNDEE UNITED WFC - PARKS MOTOR GROUP SWPL2 CHAMPIONS

Four goals at a sunny Rugby Park ended a perfect day for everyone involved with Dundee United WFC as the Scottish Women’s Premier League Two championship was confirmed.

A hat trick from Tammy Harkin along with Danni McGinley’s 24th goal of the season sealed a 4-0 win over Kilmarnock after an earlier defeat for Glasgow meant the title was confirmed before a ball was kicked.

Danni McGinley scored her 24th goal of the season and a hat trick for Tammy Harkin saw her become the record goalscorer for Dundee United WFC with 77 goals.

Congratulations goes to the players and coaching staff of Dundee United WFC on this fantastic achievement. The team remain undefeated in the league this term, with 17 wins and 2 draws from the 19 games played so far.
