GOALKEEPING ACADEMY

Goalkeeping Academy is a specialised programme aimed at improving and finely tuning the technical aspects of goalkeeping.

Our goalkeeping coaches bring a wealth of coaching and playing knowledge and experience which sets Goalkeeping Academy up as a place where all goalkeepers can join us to have fun and become a better 'keeper. Goalkeeping Academy sessions will focus on specific areas of goalkeeping relevant to 7-a-side, 9-a-side, and 11-a-side football:

✅ Basics - catching, shot stopping, throwing.
✅ Intermediate - reactions, reflexes.
✅ Advanced - building from the back, organising a defence, preparing for set pieces.

SESSION INFORMATION
🟠 6-10 year olds.
🕘 9am-10am.

⚫ 11-14 year olds.
🕙 10am-11am.

The younger age group will focus on key goalkeeping elements of the 7-a-side game and the older group will focus on key goalkeeping elements of the 9 & 11-a-side games. The age groups we promote are used as a guide - should you think your child would get more out of joining in with a different age group then please let us know before booking.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

CHILDREN SHOULD BRING
🟠 Appropriate clothing and footwear for an outdoor astroturf pitch.
