The positive impact taking part in sport has on individuals is well documented and Dundee United Community Trust is committed to making sport accessible and open for everyone, regardless of their ability, age, gender or race.

We live by the mantra of Sport For All and we want to provide opportunities across multiple sports for people in our communities to get involved in so they can get active and lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.

  • AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

    After School Club provides children in need with fun physical activity and a warm meal on a daily basis thanks to funding from The Children’s Lottery.

  • FFIT

    FFIT is a free 13-week project aimed at improving both men’s and women’s health and wellbeing. Sessions are split between classroom-based workshops and physical activity training.

  • GIRLS TEAMS

    Dundee United Community Football Clubs Girls Teams provides opportunities for girls to play football in a recreational environment and also provides the pathway to Dundee United WFC.

  • GK ACADEMY

    Goalkeeping Academy is a specialised coaching programme for boys and girls aged 6-14 years which is aimed at improving and finely tuning the technical aspects of goalkeeping.

  • GO FITBA!

    Go Fitba’ is a football-based health and wellbeing project for primary school children. The 12-week project provides a platform for fun, physical activity, and the knowledge to stay active and healthy.

  • JUNIOR ACADEMY

    Junior Academy is a fun, weekly football coaching programme for boys and girls aged 5-14 years, which aims to develop both the football and the social skills of children of all abilities.

  • POSITION PODS

    Position Pods sessions are designed around some of the world's best players to provide young players with an insight into the strengths they need to be successful in various positions.

  • SATURDAY CLUB

    Saturday Club provides children in need with weekly physical activity, a warm meal, and the chance to socialise with their peers thanks to funding from The Children’s Lottery.

  • TINY TANGERINES

    Tiny Tangerines is a physical literacy programme that provides a fun introduction to football for nursery aged boys and girls, whilst also supporting their long-term physiological development.

  • WALKING FOOTBALL

    Walking Football is perfect for improving fitness in a low impact environment, meeting new people and provides those aged 50+ the chance to continue taking part in the beautiful game.
