MEET THE STAFF

CORE STAFF

  • JAMIE KIRK

    Chief Executive

I graduated from the University of the West of Scotland in 2013 with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Sports Development and joined the Trust in May 2016 as its first staff member, having previously worked in a similar role at Stenhousemuir FC and at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

I have overseen the transition of community activity from DUFCs hugely successful programme into the Charity and then a period of extended exponential growth.

Jamie provides line management support to Paul, Cheryl, and Lorna on our Senior Management Team and, in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, oversees the successful delivery of our strategic plan.

  • LISA CROLL

    Head of Operations

After completing my degree in Business and HR Management I worked within management roles in the hospitality industry in Dundee for 20+ years.

In 2022 I decided it was time to put the skills and knowledge I have gained to use elsewhere. I am Dundee born and bred, and the city, the communities, and people within them mean a lot to me which makes the Trust the perfect place for me.

I started in my position with the Trust in April 2022 as a Community Fundraising and CSR Officer. In this role I am responsible for increasing the contributions of individuals and groups by building relationships and exploring new opportunities on behalf of the Trust.

  • JAMIE NOBLE

    Community Coaching Manager

I started my coaching career at Bayside Girls, leading their younger age groups and developing their Girl’s community programme. I then moved into a role with the Scottish FA and Active Fife where I lead participation sessions in the local area and develop footballing opportunities for girls.

I progressed through my coaching development with my studies at Edinburgh college and through the Scottish FA Coach Education pathway. Progressing from girls co-ordinator role, Jamie leads on the development and delivery of all community sports projects within the Trust.

I recognise the Trusts values align with my own and I believe this will allow me to help support the local community and make an impact on community football in Dundee and the East Region.

  • EUAN FELLOWS

    Community Coach

I was very fortunate to join the community trust in February 2022 as one of the last kickstarters in the government kickstart scheme, I immediately fell in love with the work we as a team deliver across Dundee, i was lucky to be offered a full time contract, my role with the trust is to plan, lead, and assist sessions we deliver.

I’m passionate about building connections with participants and seeing the positive impact that can have on both myself and themselves, if i can make at least one of our participants smile i will always go home with my head held high.

  • MICHAEL ANDERSON

    Facility Co-Ordinator/Assistant

I started as a volunteer at the Wasp Community Club in Alloa before moving on to work with Sports Development at Clackmannanshire Council.

I moved to Dundee for university in 2016 when I started volunteering with the Trust. I then progressed to Lead Community Coach whilst completing a degree in Sports & Exercise at Abertay University. I’m now doing an HNC in Early Childhood and was Early Years Development Officer with the Trust from 2019-22.

I’m extremely passionate about the power of sport and how it can be used to change people’s lives, and I want to use my own experiences from my childhood to help the children and families we work with.
