FOOTBALL FANS IN TRAINING

Football Fans in Training (FFIT) is a life-changing programme for men and women and is one of Europe’s leading sports intervention programmes.

Delivered in partnership with the SPFL Trust, Football Fans in Training runs for 12 weeks and differs from regular weight loss programmes, offering advice and practical ways to make changes to your lifestyle, all whilst going behind the scenes at Dundee United Football Club. From clever ideas about what and how much to eat, tips on changing your lifestyle, or introducing simple opportunities to exercise, everyone can be a winner at FFIT.

Then FFIT is perfect for you!

Each 90-minute session focuses on a different topic, which includes managing your alcohol consumption, understanding food labels, and balancing your diet. There is also physical activity incorporated within each session which can include a gentle walk, a circuit session with our trained coaching staff, or a game of football.

FFIT is open to football fans and non-football fans and you do not need to be a supporter of Dundee United to take part in the course.
