Football Fans In Training (FFIT) is back at Dundee United Community Trust with the exciting launch of a new daytime session.  If you want to get fitter, healthier and happier then FFIT is for you!

WHAT IS FFIT?

🟠 FFIT is a 13-week programme that can help you to improve both your physical health and mental wellbeing.

⚫ Sessions are just like the game that we all love – 90 minutes long split into two halves.

WHO IS FFIT FOR?

🟠 Men and women aged 35 - 65 with …

⚫ a waist size of at least 38” or,

🟠 a belly size of at least 40” or,

⚫ a BMI of at least 28 (BMI Calculator)

HOW WILL FFIT HELP ME?

🟠 Over the 13 weeks, your group will learn and exercise together – one step at a time. You will learn about healthy food and good things to drink, getting active, and small things that you can do to make a difference.

⚫ It’s a brilliant opportunity to meet new people too, with laughs and shared effort at the very centre of the programme.

WHEN DOES THE NEXT FFIT PROGRAMME START?

🟠 The next FFIT programme starts on Friday 13 May from 11:30am - 1pm at Tannadice Park and will run weekly until Friday 5 August.

⚫ The next FFIT programme is for men only - we will have information on our next women only programme soon.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

🟠 FFIT is completely free to attend.
