Dundee United Community Trust is delighted to welcome Alex Rowand, Danny Mason, Lindsey Brown and Lisa Croll to our staff.

 

 

NEW STAFF MEMBERS

Alex Rowand joined the Trust as Business Support Manager in June 2022 following three years experience in similar business support roles. Alex is responsible for overseeing the business operations of the Trust, including all things financial, governance and HR, as well as the day-to-day enquiries we receive. Contact Alex.

Danny Mason joined also joined in June 2022 as the Trust’s Club Development Officer following more than a decade of success in a similar role at AM Soccer in Cupar. The Club Development Officer position is new one within the Trust which will see Danny be responsible for growing and setting the standards for Dundee United Community Football Club, including our Girls Academy, Walking Football and Football Therapy. Another new position for the Trust is the position of Health and Wellbeing Coordinator. Lindsey Brown started as Health and Wellbeing Coordinator in May 2022 having previously worked with the Trust as projects assistant after impressing during her university placement. Lindsey is currently undertaking a masters degree and also working educating the players from Dundee United FC’s youth academy on nutrition. Lindsey will be responsible for community projects such as Walking Netball, Football Memories and Still Game amongst others. Contact Lindsey.

Lisa Croll joined the Trust in April 2022 as Community Fundraising and CSR Officer. Lisa joins following more than 20 years of undertaking various management roles within the hospitality industry in Dundee.   Lisa will be responsible for increasing and varying the contributions of individuals and groups by building relationships and exploring new fundraising opportunities from various sources that will allow the Trust to continue the fantastic work it does in Dundee and the surrounding areas. EXISTING STAFFING CHANGES

Melissa Gormley, who was previously Community Development Officer with the Trust, now takes up the position of Football Development Officer. Mel will be responsible for the Trusts Football Camps, Junior Academy, Goalkeeping Academy and Tiny Tangerines. Contact Mel.

Michael Anderson remains a key part of the Trust and will continue to bring his enthusiasm to our various sports projects whilst also supporting the growth and development of our facility strategies. Contact Michael.
